We love the action-packed saga, and not just because one of our favorite directors, Thomas Colella, ( honorary member of the Lockerz crew whose directed many of the Lockerz Originals videos)directed this better-than-Braveheart gem.

More good news! This 5-man American power-pop/post-hardcore band from Worcester, Massachusetts could be playing in a city near you as they are heading out on their Tonight We Feel Alive! tour. Be sure to check them out and experience the mayhem!

Anna, one of the Lockerz crew, lets us in on her Top Five favorite videos in PLAY.

1.  Hotel Yoga Workout. I love traveling but it definitely gets stressful. Yoga is a great way to calm down after a long flight or car ride!

2.  Alex and Ani Jewelry (Interview).  I think that their jewelry is fantastically unique and it was awesome to hear the concepts behind it. I actually just bought one of their bangles from SHOP!

3. Angel in the Kitchen – 04 – Elegant Bites. I love bruschetta! I made this recipe for my friends and everyone loved it.

4. Dylan’s Candy Bar – The Sweet Life. Dylan’s Candy Bar is a great and innovative company. Not only do they sell delicious and varied candies, but they also have incorporated clothing and bath products that smell amazing!

5. The Ting Tings - “That’s Not My Name.” I got a little sick of hearing this song on the radio all the time, but the acoustic version is fabulous!

The Streamy Awards

Streamy-AwardsIt was a rowdy evening at the Barnsdall Theatre in Hollywood, California for the 2010 Streamys Craft Awards, honoring the year’s best original web programs. We’re happy to say some of your PLAY favorites took center stage.

Auto-Tune-the-News

Auto-tune the News, took home two Streamys–  for Best Experimental Web Series and Best Original Music in a Web Series. We’re biased, but think this show definitely deserves every award in the universe.
